Ghouletech Ltd is an IT Consultancy Company based in Lincolnshire. Providing IT services throughout the United Kingdom, we have a huge passion for IT and customer satisfaction. Sebastian set the business up in 2012 as a Limited Company. In 2003 Ghouletech was formed to work with Hewlett Packard working on the HP / BT Alliance.
Being the Director of a Limited Company has taught me a great deal about running a successful company. I originally formed the company to perform jobs in the Oil and Gas industries but moved away from the Aberdeenshire area to pursue greater challenges.
The company still holds its registered offices in Scotland but provides services across Lincolnshire and the North of England.
My most recent contracts have been Aberdeenshire County Council, Serco, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, Scottish Fire & Rescue, William Grant & Sons, Great Ormond Street Hospital, ANSYS UK Ltd & Bradley Dyer Media Ltd.

Ghouletech Charitable Giving
As Ghouletech Ltd grows we will still remember our roots and this is reflected in how we treat our customers. In addition to this each year Ghouletech sets aside a budget to sponsor local charities and organisations that meet our own ethical standards.
Sebastian is a highly experienced infrastructure analyst, solutions designer and implementation’s architect, team leader and solutions finder.
It all started for me way back when I was 5 years old playing on an Amiga 500 in which I quickly pushed aside the games that normal six-year-olds play with and set about coding in Amiga basic, then vastly improving my skills in coding in Pascal and C. In the early 90’2 I got my first real taste of the 286 architecture and continued on my quest for information and knowledge, sourcing parts at reasonable prices to build my PC that was efficient, this PC served me well until 98 when I bought my first laptop computer.
During my time at college I whilst studying I also suggested improvements to the IT manager to make the network and servers more efficient, this was my first paying job, when finished the network was 85% efficient and was a success due to being able to deliver modern apps over the network to older DX486’s using Xen in a Novell 5.1 environment.
Since leaving College I have felt very privileged to continue doing what I love doing. Working with all aspects of IT and striving to deliver the right solutions and services first time and on time to my customers.
Lee Varga – Business Manager – Development & QA (Contract) @ Hays Digital says,
Sebastian is an incredibly talented individual. His technical skill set is broad however, this does not dilute his in-depth understanding within each technical element. Sebastian displayed the ability to turn his hand to whatever the client asked for, showing not only flexibility but a desire to add as much value as possible. One thing that makes Sebastian stand above others is his engaging personality and humour which made all interactions a pleasure. I couldn’t recommend Sebastian highly enough.
